Our b&b has two rooms: one double bedroom has a balcony, one twin/double bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the living room, if needed. The rooms are wide and bright, all provided with mosquito nets. The shared living-room is big and there is also a small, nice reading corner. The kitchen is fully equipped. On demand, you can use the washing machine. From the house you have a wonderful view on the hills of Marche, Conero and the Sibillini mountains.
